Service Description

This is a unique sound healing experience that starts with a meditation, shamanic drumming, crystal bowls before moving onto six ancient symphonic and planetary gongs, and experience not to be missed. The vibrations of these powerful instruments will guide you into a deep hypnagogic state of both a deep physical and mental relaxation. The ambient sounds will induce a sense of tranquility that invites you to journey deep into the inner realms of your consciousness, Gong baths are an exceptional way of releasing old trapped emotions from the human bio energy field.  This, in turn, allows your body to reach an optimal state ideal for harmony and balance.   The laws of physics pertain that lower frequencies (i.e. negative emotions, thought forms etc) cannot share the same space as higher frequencies produced by the gongs.  So in a way, your body will have no choice but to simply let go.  This is why participants feel relaxed, positive and in a state of flow after a session.   My clients advise feeling this way for days afterwards, whilst others have reported pain reduction and new feelings of expanded euphoric bliss. These are all indications that your energy body is starting to flow more freely. We provide a range of sheepskin rugs for your comfort as well as blankets and pillows. The session will include 50 minutes of sound healing time. Once the shunyata (a profound silence to end the session) has taken place, you will be offered refreshments such as green, detox, peppermint or chai tea and some nibbles.   This group booking allows time for participants to share their experiences, or you can simply continue to lay back and continue to enjoy the ambiance of the sound healing journey. This unique sound immersion experience is performed in a quiet, candlelit room to enhance your relaxation. The sessions take place in a private space in Chipping Sodbury, Nr Bristol. We have plenty of parking and are located in a quiet location. What to bring: A mind fold to help induce the experience (optional) Everything else is provided.

Cancellation Policy

Synergy Booking Policy: 1. Please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel. 2. A cancellation given in less than 24hrs will not be refunded. 3. If you are 30 mins late for a 1-2-1 session, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. 4. A no-show session payment will be used to cover lost time. 5. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be allocated toward a new 1-2-1 service. 6. Cancellation payments can be deposited using the PayPal link. Note: Sometimes 1-2-1 sessions may need to run over, if this happens please use PayPal to provide an additional payment to cover my extra time.
