Service Description

We welcome you to join us for this unique Friday evening Sound Healing event. This is a great way to start your weekend, as it takes place in a cosy candle lit room which has been purpose built for spiritual work, making it the perfect location for sound healing. At the start of the session we will invite you to lay in a comfortable position as you are guided through a breathwork meditation which will sink your awareness into the physical body. This technique helps to settle a busy mind before starting the sound healing phase. You will then be bathed in instruments that include the shamanic drum, cleansing rattles, sea shells, five crystal bowls, a 528 hertz wah wah tube and more. We then move into the final and most powerful phase which is 40 minutes of combined vibration coming from our six symphonic and planetary gongs. We finish the gong bath with the stillness shunyata (sacred space in sanskrit) before playing you the gentle koshi chimes to let you know the gong bath has come to completion. We then finish the evening by providing complimentary tea and refreshments as you return to the physical body. We also invite participants to share their experience in a group circle if they wish to do so. This unique higher consciousness evening is carefully constructed to help shift you into the most optimal state for self-healing. The laws of physics state that lower frequencies created by negative thoughts and emotions cannot share the same space as high frequencies which are produced by this ensemble of instruments. It will give your cells no choice but to let go of resistance and surrender as it baths your body. This process is what leads the mind into a deep meditative state in which the gongs act as your guide. A gong bath is a powerful tool at relieving muscular tension and releasing somatic habitual patterns, mental stimulation, trapped emotions and spirit attachments. These all being the culprits that prolong stress in the physical and etheric bodies. After the gong bath you will feel much more relaxed, sleep better, awake feeling positive and insightful as you flow through your weekend. This feeling often continues for days afterwards. Other benefits include pain reduction, improved mobility and beautiful feelings of euphoric bliss. Cancellation Policy

Synergy Booking Policy: 1. Please give 24hrs notice if you need to cancel. 2. A cancellation given in less than 24hrs will not be refunded. 3. If you are 30 mins late for a 1-2-1 session, a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred. 4. A no-show session payment will be used to cover lost time. 5. In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, all or part of the cancellation fee may be allocated toward a new 1-2-1 service. 6. Cancellation payments can be deposited using the PayPal link. Note: Sometimes 1-2-1 sessions may need to run over, if this happens please use PayPal to provide an additional payment to cover my extra time.
